Can I exchange my item?
- We currently do not offer exchanges in order to make our return process as easy as possible. We suggest you return your product and re-order.

Can my return be denied?
- If for any reason, but very unlikely as we take pride in your satisfaction your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 2-3 business days.
Why will my return be denied?
Return denial is very unlikely as we consistently thrive for your happiness. As much as we thrive to make you happy, we hope you want the same for us. We have established the list below to assist you in preventing any form of denial.
- Product must be unwashed and not put through a dryer
- Not covered in animal/human hair
- Must not be excessively wrinkled
- Products with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc. will not be accepted
- Products with markings or other stains (such as deodorant, pen/pencil stains etc) will not be accepted.
